Day 41: $#^%&#@&^ Crazy wind and rain~

Ok, so today was frustrating cos it was raining when I woke up, and it continued raining the whole day up until bedtime! Still had to go for my tutorial at 9.30am (meaning we had to leave at 9am, *groan*) Since most of my class had gone to Edinburgh for the day, there were only 4 people left in class.. So we joined up with another group and had both lecturers teaching in the tutorial~

Luckily the tutorial was rather fun otherwise I would have been really pissed to endure the wind and rain to have a 45 minute class, then go through it all again to go back.. Yup, went back after tutorials since we had a 4 hour break before our lecture..

Since we had time to spare, we decided to do follow up with something that we got from our tutorial: "People in France do not mind spending a great deal of time over their cooking" hahaha... So do very free Malaysian students in Liverpool~ :)

Baked in the oven to golden perfection~

Super nice salad!

Voila~ haddock and home-made salad!

Tucking in~

After lunch, repeated the miserable walk we did in the morning.. Tired my arms out playing 'steer the umbrella' cos you have to make sure that you hold your umbrella against the wind if you want to prevent it from flipping over, but the stupid wind here keeps changing direction.. I wanted to give up carrying an umbrella, but its either icy water hitting your face or navigating your umbrella against the wind, so I chose the latter..

My poor umbrella needs life insurance!

Made up for all that misery by outdoing ourselves for dinner.. :) Grilled chicken sandwiches.. Yummy~

Raw ingredients

Star of the night..

The chicken tasted just like Ayamas roast chicken :D

We had so much fun piling up our sandwiches and making a big mess when eating, I haven't had so much fun while eating in a long time, we were giggling like mad the whole time~

Hahahaha... okok, i didn't eat it like that.. Just piled it up for fun.. My mouth isn't that big ok~

Rainy days make us more creative with our food, hehehehehe...
