A story about my New Look @.@~
Ok, got this new look on Monday after my exams, got both the top and the shorts at a store called New Look, hahaha.. 3 pounds only for the top, what a steal! and 9 pounds for the magic slimming shorts.. Imagine my shock when I saw the exacts same shorts selling for 5 pounds when I went to Llandudno!
Luckily in UK they have this super useful return policy where you can return stuff that you have bought, no questions asked, and no sour faces to endure, I think this system would go haywire if implemented in M'sia, haha..
Had to search high and low for my size tho, seems that I'm the geneal size here and its always tough to find good, cheap stuff cos its either sold out or in high demand, its good to be here if you're either very tiny or very large, cos things are cheaper and easier to find :*...
Another happy ending, I managed to save 4 pounds!
(which I promptly spent on the meal at The Crown.. Sigh... >.<)

Day 53: New module and 'dinner' at The Crown~
Met up with some classmates for dinner.. haha, no special occassion whatsoever, just felt like trying out another place.. This time instead of The Office, we went to The Crown~ They have a promotion where you can have a pub special plus a pudding for 3.99 as long as you go after 3pm, I guess people here only care about drinking when they go to pubs.. haha..
We were the only group eating, and the only chinese, so people were staring like mad, hahahhaha.. or maybe it was cos we kept taking pictures of our food, I dunno... @.@~

Changed photographer, didnt dare ask snyone in the pub to help us take a picture cos we couldnt determine whether they were drunk or sober, hahaha...

Day 52: Day trip to Conwy Castle
Second trip sponsored by our course after Chester.. This time we set off at 8.30am for Conwy Castle in North Wales~ Supposedly built between 1283 and 1289, WoW... The bad part was that it was a super cloudy, gloomy, rainy day.. grr...
Poor sun can't shine properly..
First glimpse.. and this is where it started raining :*
It was really really cold that day..
Had to climb up this little slope to reach the entrance..
Going in~
The place was really fraught with dangers, one wrong step and you could have broken your skull >.<>
Pretty eh..
V for victory, actually I was still feeling ":S"
Near the entrance on the way out..
We spent one and a half hours exploring the castle, then went to our second stop for the day, which was Llandudno, which turned out to be a shopping village *groan*.. shopped for two consecutive days, have much self-restraint can I muster?!

Pictures~
At the tallest tower.. Braved the scary steps just for the view~Inside..
Narrow passageways..
Round skylight, had rain pouring on my face while I took this pic, haha..
View from the second storey..
Customary touristy photo >.<
Splendid view of the river/ giant moat, haha..
Nice yard...
The Knight Shop~
North Wales countryside~
All the staircases were narrow and winding like this, super scary, especially the ones that led to the third storey, especially when there were people coming in the opposite direction and you had to stand on the narrow part to let them pass :S pity the people who had big feet last time..

Many many nooks and crannies to be explored, and some places smelt like somebody went to the toilet there.. Eeew, imagine how it smelt like in medieval times.. :S
In one of the many many yards..
View from a window
That covered box is actually a railway track, built to match the castle..
Small scale model..
The descriptions were all in rhymes :)
Super expensive paper, since its literally shit, i really dont get why.. 1.90 for a piece??!

Giant Debenhams. Next, New Look, Topshop/Miss Selfridge/Dorothy Perkins, Laura Ashley etc etc etc.. Grr..
Before we went looking round the shops, we had to find a place to have our packed sandwich lunch, since it was raining, we had to find someplace indoors.. ended up at Style Cafe inside Debenhams, so we ordered a slice of cake and a cup of coffee, and proceeded to eat our sandwiches there, hahaha.. and we ended up getting some free sauce again @.@~
Spotted something familiar in Debenhams :D
Special bus that has a lift :)
Lots and lots of seagulls, big fat ones too.. We were so stupid not to realise there was a seaside nearby so we missed it, saw the pics my classmates took tho, luckily it wasn't that special, so didnt really miss much, hehe..
