An apt beginning to this post.. Straight to the point, hahahha...My 2nd celebration was at midnight, where the bf shocked me by suddenly appearing in my room with a cake.. My first thought was how to finish it?! but we managed it in the end, wif the help of some 'not cake-adverse' people.. :D So sweet of him to surprise me like tat..
Cake No. 2
~ Another part of my birthday package :) ~
Too bad i had classes from 8am-3pm on my birthday, so unlucky.. But after class we headed off to KLCC for a movie date, thanks Dear, Ms A, Jayson and Jeff for helping me celebrate ya... Well, wanted to watch Twilight actually but Jayson had already watched it, sigh... so we ended up watching 'Wild Child' starring Emma Roberts, who is Julia Robert's niece. IMHO, its kind of a kiddy movie that i dont really relate to, so i'm not going to do a review...
The main point is that all the things that constitute a bad movie experience happened..
Mother with overactive noisy baby- check
Phone ringing- check
People narrating the movie- check
I was damn annoyed at the kid who was screaming so loudly, we could hear him eventho he was in the 2nd row and we were in the 2nd last one... The mother was so inconsiderate oso, eventho ppl kept shushing, she still didnt bother to teach her kid any manners or at least take him outside lah... Sigh... inconsiderate ppl...
After that, dinner! we did a lot of consideration before deciding on Dome (which is kind of pricey for poor students like me, luckily i didnt have to pay :D) we had a fun time pretending to act ulu while waiting for the food to come, after which we had even more fun with the food.. hehe.. but more on that later... E.g we tried acting as kiasu aunties who pack the free sachets of sugar to bring home... haha.. luckily we chose a secluded corner, cos we made quite a lot of noise.. :)
Things of interest to me: soft drinks are called refreshing fizzes.. how classy sounding hor? :) and refusing to grow old, ms A and me (whose 21st b'day is next week) decided to order the cutest sounding drinks on the (kiddy) menu :D

Omg, so cute right?! Luckily we ordered these cos they tasted heavenly, and we got to play with and eat the chocolate as well, not like those mature sounding drinks like mocha and iced latte, that tasted bitter like anything! :D the 2 guys sure regretted their orders i tell you...

A long long time after dinner.. (we were so full we just refused to budge) we went outside to enjoy the breeze~ usually i dont show any interest in the fountain, but it looks much better at night, i think we spent more than half an hour just standing there and watching the changing of the water sprays :) pretty...

and lastly,
we moved camp to Ms A's house for the finale as we waited for the 'not punctual as usual' Jeff... He finally turned up wif a mystery lady friend whose role we are still trying to ascertain *giggle*, wink wink... :) we bought beer from 7-11 and everyone drank one can (except me, on account of my burst pipe, boohoo...), but i really like the taste of Heineken beer.. :D

Cake No. 3The finale.. 2 slices of cake courtesy of Mr Jeff Gan! too bad we were all so stuffed that we didnt finish them~ Continuing our refusal to grow old, ms A and me insisted that the 2 candles signify that we are either only 20 years old or 10 years old each, choose anyone you like, your choice :D anyway, i was already half comatose by then cos of not enough sleep the precious night and using so much energy the past few days... old ppl get tired easily i guess :)
