Made me want to stay in bed instead of going for my class at 4pm, which in case you dont know, was my 2nd class for today... and i made a terrible mistake of wearing sneakers instead of slippers... the pathway to college from the hostel was flooded up to my ankles! Hmph! Heck, my terrible mistake should have been getting up and going to class in the first place... hahahha...
Anyway, i think this was the first time i sat through a class while drying my feet, socks and shoes... hehe, dont cringe while you're reading this yea... :) luckily nobody was bothered by my stinky feet... :D though it seems like fun to be sunning yr feet, its actually super duper cold with the air conditioning and not at all an experience that i wld like to have ever again, no thank you! Ended the day with an ultra satisfying bowl of 麻辣板面, woohoo... i am warm again... until i go take a shower in icy cold hostel water that is.... -.-
Why have i been missing in action for so long you may ask, well heres a brief summary of wat i've done the past few days:
Yesterday
Went to midvalley on my own and wandered ard aimlessly... hahahha... ended up spending RM125+ on The Face Shop products.. O.o... I scare myself sometimes... hahahha.. and i got pleasantly surprised by the bf who came back one day earlier than expected... Tks dear... :)
Saturday
Took the long way back from JB to KL using the trunk road.. No jams but i think i sat in the car for about 5 hours... Then got down to some serious room cleaning... nearly fainted when i saw the amt of dust under my bed, which i'd been trying to ignore all this while.. See no evil mah... and i was so dejected when i saw that i was the only person back on the whole floor... luckily it turned out to be 2 ppl otherwise i wld hav died from loneliness, haha....
Friday
Happy 21st birthday Shuang Yee... Had fun catching up with some 'long time no see' ppl and hearing lots of gossip... Thanks for dinner too... but i must say mum's herbal chicken soup and orange poppyseed muffins afterwards really gave me the satisfaction i needed.. hehehe.. Didnt go for clubbing tho.. cos im an old person who is usually half asleep by 12am... hahahha... Watched mamma mia on dvd and its so funny! must watch must watch, as recommended by yours truly... :)
Thursday
Apple pie day!!! Spent the afternoon peeling apples, peeling my thumb :( haha... dicing and stirring apples... But the end result... Oooo... no words can describe home made apple pie... Scrumptious!!! That plate you see there has been ard since i was born i think.. :)
Wednesday
Tried steamed sea snails for the first time... it was so fun.. you have to eat them with the help of toothpicks or forks... or alternatively you can also pull them out by their tails or something like that sticking out from the shells... nice...Rewatched the movie se7en starring brad pitt and morgan freeman... geli man... and step up 1 & 2... so feel like dancing now... hehehe...
Tuesday
Chased our latest pet all over the house today... we seem to have an affinity with geckos, dunno why they like to come stay with us indoors.... wanna make friends withe the cicaks is it?? Anyway, this little fella kept turning up at all sorts of surprising places, until we gave up trying to look for it... Cos it kept popping up unexpectedly by itself anyway... :)
Monday
Scrabble day! Played like 3 rounds of Scrabble where i lost like mad cos im not so familiar with the new set of rules we play with now... Anyway, played scrabble with mum almost everyday for the whole week.. and friends wonder what i do at home all day... hahhaha.... I can live without a computer and television if you want me to, really! :)
So busy, how to update blog leh, you say lah... hahahhaha....
